Locum Small Animal Orthopaedic Surgeon - WA

Who? We are Animalius Vet: a thriving independent, multidisciplinary hospital in Perth, Western Australia.

We are looking for an orthopaedic-focused Diplomate (or equivalent), or one who is trained and nearing the completion of their exams. You will be joining an established surgical team.

Locum cover for 3-12 months. Come to Western Australia over summer.

Our surgical equipment includes Striker arthroscopy (1.9, 2.3, 2.7mm), laparoscopy (5mm) and thoracoscopy instrumentation with arthroscopic fluid pump and shaver, and CO2 insufflator, full Synthes LCP system (1.5-3.5mm) and VOI TPLO plates (1.5-3.5mm), SOP, IMEX Circular, linear and hybrid ESF system, negative pressure wound therapy instrumentation, FT-10 bipolar sealing device with various LigaSure handpieces, bipolar and monopolar electrocautery control system and intraoperative fluoroscopy.  We have DR, CT and MRI.

Our team also has comprehensive anaesthesia services and 24-hour patient care.
