Veterinary Clinical Director
We are seeking a thoughtful and visionary full-time Veterinary Clinical Director to join our leadership team and help shape the next chapter of The London Cat Clinic, as Dr Jeremy Campbell steps into a more strategic role and explores other interests alongside TLCC.
This is not your standard Clinical Director role. We’re looking for someone who sees clinical excellence not as a goal, but as a baseline. Someone who is energised by the challenge of advancing clinical excellence, inspiring others, and embedding a culture where every team member can flourish.
About You
You are a clinician at heart, but with a mind that naturally zooms out to see the bigger picture – clinical standards, team cohesion, operational efficiency and, critically, sustainable profitability.
Your leadership style is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and respect.

- Balance high clinical standards with operational and financial awareness
- Think creatively to solve problems and drive continuous improvement
- Value diversity and support people based on their strengths and ambitions
Clinical Qualifications & Experience
You must hold — or be near completion of — a Postgraduate qualification in Feline or Small Animal Medicine.
Skills We Value

- An interest or competency in cardiology, including echocardiography and ECG interpretation
- An interest or competency with endoscopy (flexible and rigid) and ability to independently scope
- Proficiency in feline dentistry, including radiographic interpretation and complex extractions
- Willingness to contribute to CPD, case discussions and internal training sessions
Leadership & Management Responsibilities

• Manage budgets
• Collaborate on strategy and maintain team cohesion
