We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time or part-time Veterinary Specialist Neurologist to join our brand-new purpose-built hospital in beautiful Sydney, Australia.

We are looking for a specialist in emergency & critical care to complement our brilliant specialist medicine and surgery team, including surgeons Dr Andrew Levien, Dr Nina Lorenz and Dr Nikola Heblinksi and medicine specialists, Dr Karina Graham, Dr Amy Pepper, Dr Richard Burchell and Dr Graham Swinney, a specialist anaesthetist, Dr Fernando Martinez-Taboada, a specialist in diagnostic imaging, Dr Joanna Pilton and a residency trained internist Dr Chris Greenwell. We have recently opened our brand-new world class specialist and emergency centre, Advanced Treatment Centre (ATC) and offer a mobile specialist service to our local veterinarians around Sydney.
We hold ourselves to the highest standards and are well-equipped, including brand new in-house 1.5T Siemens Magnetom Sempra human grade MRI, a 64 slice Siemens Somatom go.Up CT, mobile digital x-ray, an extensive array of endoscopic equipment, ultrasound including echocardiography, c-arm fluoroscopy and diode laser, complex orthopaedics, soft tissue and neurosurgical cases and abundant critical care monitoring and ventilators. We enjoy a high case load of neurological cases and work in a great community who entrust us to provide the highest level of care for their pets.
The ideal candidate will have an open mind, adaptable, willing to learn, be a team-player and have great communication skills. We love to work as a team and bounce ideas off one-another; sharing of knowledge, technique, and experience with each other is vital. A sense of humour is important, as is the ability to have fun. We are a small, great team who are full of enthusiasm.
