What

The College Convocation is a forum where members of College Council and Board of Examiners (BoE) can interact with College Members. Members will have the opportunity to submit questions regarding the College activities and direction, along with issues affecting the veterinary profession that are relevant to the College. Council and BoE members will have the opportunity to respond and discuss the questions submitted and take action on feedback, suggestions and comments from Members.

5:45pm AEST Friday 10 July 2020,  after the College Annual General Meeting

Registration is free and open to ANZCVS Members only. A registration link will be available shortly.

Submissions are now open. Please click here to submit your question.

Before the Convocation

Members will be notified of the questions submitted via email and will also be displayed on the College website. 

During the Convocation

Questions will be answered at the Convocation by the College Convocation Panel

Convocation Schedule

  Monday | 1 June

  Convocation submission period opens via Survey Monkey

  Monday | 29 June

  Convocation submission period closes

  Tuesday | 1 July

  President and Immediate Past President consider convocation items and rank
  them in order of how they will be answered.

  Wednesday | 2 July

  Council and BoE advised of Convocation questions with opportunity to provide feedback

  Monday | 6 July

  Questions published on College website and sent to Members by College email to view

  Friday, 5:45pm | 10 July

  Convocation held after College AGM

  August

  Convocation outcomes published on College website
