About the role

The U-Vet Werribee Animal Hospital invites applications for a Clinical Veterinary Tutor in Diagnostic Imaging on a fixed term basis for a period of 12 months.  The successful candidate will join a diagnostic imaging team comprised of 3 radiologists, 2 residents, and 4 technologists who work together with others services in the hospital to provide excellent veterinary medical care. 

U-Vet supports the referral small animal and equine practice, 24/7 emergency centre and ICU, and, a first opinion small animal and exotics/pocket pets practice. 

About you

Applicants should possess a degree in veterinary science registrable in Victoria; have achieved membership of the ANZCVS in small animal radiology and have well developed skills and experience performing small animal ultrasonography. 

Applicants should demonstrate experience and interest in clinical service and teaching, have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under limited supervision as well as cooperatively in a team and with all services in the hospital.

To ensure the University provides a safe environment for children, this position requires the incumbent to hold a current and valid Working with Children Check.
